Massage which is the application of firm pressure via multiple massage techniques.
The treatment aim is to repair, maintain and avoid the re-occurrence of soft tissue injuries. These are most commonly caused by sports exercise, strenuous activity or overuse associated with everyday and occupational stresses.
The different names used for massages can sometimes be confusing, they represent the techniques used during massage, I will discuss with you in the consultation which techniques you'll be receiving based on your needs of either Sports, Maintenance, Remedial, Relaxation or Lymphatic Drainage.
